OK all..
As many know I do not suffer fools lightly when it comes to politicians.
However I do want to call out a set of Conservative actions that are classy and well done.
The shipping of illegal immigrants from Conservative locations to sanctuary locations is a classic move.
I applaud mature responsive action by those involved.
Well done. Keep it up.

At first I like the idea but now I'm seeing it as nothing more than relocation that the govt planned to do anyway. Heck the scum at marthas vineyard somehow got the National guard to come in to remove the 50 illegals and put them on a military base
If they're going to spend the time and money shipping them anyplace it should be back to whatever shithole they came from, NOT in this Country

I agree gadget. We are loving it here at the redoubt.
We have visited Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket many times on our sailboat during the summer months. The residents (~17,000) for the most part, are moderate in their political views. The nonresidents, the folks that own summer homes there (~200,000 folks at the peak of the summer) are pretty much liberals. Now with that written, many of the summer crowd when they retire move to the island permanently. Which adds to the left side of the moderate spectrum.
So when DeSantis sent those fifty illegals to "the Island" MrsMac and I had a good laugh. Then when they were "rounded up" and sent to Edwards Air Force Base on Cape Cod, well MrsMac and I were howling. Yes-ir-ee, those liberal Islanders do not want Brown People moving into their neighborhoods. They are hypocrites for sure.

Its the best political maneuver possible. Lets everyone know what Texas is dealing with times 500 every day.
And they all said we welcome all those sanctuary seeking persons of color. Like Massachusetts Sen. Warren said, send them all here.
Shame when Mayor Lightfoot put them on buses and sent them to a nearby conservative neighborhood.
LOVE IT.
And I got a sneaking suspicion it will have some conservative effect on the elections a couple weeks out.

The benefit is that the MSM is talking about it. At least folks who watch the MSM will start to learn about the 2million illegals being allowed to cross the border.
