I modified the code for the banner to be displayed only in the index page, after you close it it will remain collapsed at the bottom.

Shit was driving me nuts man,
I use an IPad or my phone. It took me about three minutes to figure out how to post cause I couldn't see anything on my page and it wouldn't go away. I mean, I know I don't post much any more but I still frequent this place.
