Title: Wood on an AR15
Post by: Grudgie on August 26, 2014, 11:57:40 AM: This concept has always been interesting to me. The norm is usually taking old steel and wood technology and updating it with modern materials (Not always making it better). Now take an AR15, a platform that was designed from the start to be aluminum and plastic, and add wood to it.

This is exactly the reason why I'm considering a wood stock and pistol grip for my imaginary dream build. There's nothing like the feeling of thick hard wood between your fingers.
