Instead of SNAP, they should call it the freeloader?s fund.  So many of these people are feel they are entitled to these funds.  It?s really sad how far this nation has fallen.

Prep on!  Taking a handgun refresher course today, just because?

Did you put all that together yourself, a correlation from other articles ?

If you researched, wrote, correlated, and organized it, you work too much.  Very interesting article and no doubt accurate, but you work here too much.

He will be authorizing spending about $8 billion a bunch of money for the month.  And this comes about 10 days before the elections, Governor, Lt Gov and Attorney General.

I cannot verify that number now.  IIRC it came from a tv news report discussing the emergency fund amount that was available.  I thought it was a bit high when I posted it.  It must be inaccurate.

It appears the area of $125 million would be much closer to the amount required.

SNAP usage is rising in Virginia. In 2022, the USDA issued an average of nearly $117 million in SNAP benefits help feed the roughly 775,000 Virginia recipients, according to the Department of Agriculture. More than three-quarters of those people were at or below the poverty line.

A friend of mine, Gil from RadioPreppers.com  has written a novel and , even if he was not my friend, it is a VERY good read.  The link is below.  Naturally, I don't get paid for this recommendation, but I am usually looking for a good novel between heavier reading and this was really well done.  // min-spoiler alert:  yes, it has Morse code in it  ;-)  //

Wow! 8 billion dollars, that's crazy! Yes, I'm also rooting for Winsome Earle-Sears.

Psy-Op, I'd agree. Duality, pitting groups against groups, their top move to play.

Thx Nemo on the VA. races. I have been watching it from north of the MD line.

Concerning the X and TT posts/video's, I think they are all PSYOP to help the dem's with the shutdown narrative and from puppeteers who are promoting civil unrest.

On another note, $8B for one month of SNAP bennies? OMG. Are there that many folks on food stamps in your state? Any state? In PA. it averages ~$570M a month. Now I do realize that SNAP not only covers food but it also helps out in other area's like housing.

Just thinking out loud here - maybe one of us needs to look into what exactly SNAP provides in assistance to each person/household plus a break down.

Anyway, lot to go. The deer are calling my name.

As we head into winter and what might be a new 'protest season," it's wise to stay prepared. Stock up on supplies, stay vigilant, and keep the peace where possible. ✌

As some Italian guy said a long long time ago, Si Vi Pacem, Parabellum.

Someone in movie I watched recently said it a time or 2 also.
