This is a AI reprint under an assumed author of NC Scouts book "The Guerrilla's Guide To The Baofeng Radio". UP does not applaud plagiarism. ✌

When the UP Board discovers something that is inappropriate or fraudulent, it is moved to the Grey Box where it is investigated. Once investigated if it is in fact fraudulent, it is removed. If not found fraudulent, it is restored.
