Virginia and New Jersey are having elections.

I'd like to see Ciattarelli take the Gov seat in NJ and thats about the only one in any contest up there.

VA is going to be fun.  All news reports say Spanberger is the new Governor.  Lt Gov and Atty Gen are up for grabs.

I would not be surprised to see Dem Gov and Repub Lt Gov and AG.

Repubs taking all 3 would be good, but Repubs holding the House here would be enough.  Dems taking the House and Gov would be bad as they already have the State Senate.

If we cannot hold one of the houses or Governor, Va is due to get a serious screwing.

Whichever way it goes, I will be watching and if it takes all night to let Winsome Earle-Sears be Governor and Repubs to control the House of Delegates. 

If that happens I might wake you up early with my celebrations.  Well, a couple around here might hear me.

Evidently,  the leftist in the Va governor's seat.  The usual suspects hated POTUS , blaming him for the delay in SNAP and the Federal unions and their minions hated POTUS, blaming him for the  Dem-leftist budget filibuster.

I am assuming that we'll return to sin ( baby murder, child mutilation, LGBTQ- EIEIO ) as policy and then, how can we expect to not be judged by The Righteous God ?  Either way, take care of your families and friends, have a life worth living, prep as good home economics.

We were driving back roads in VA last weekend and I noticed a lot more Spanberger signs than Winsome-Sears signs, even signs that said "Farmers for Spanberger." Shaking my head...

Looks like it was a Blue Wave from California to the Atlantic Ocean. I suspect all the closet Democrats came out in force to remind MAGA that they are still here.

Similar things happened in 2018. People felt complacent which lead to Trumps first impeachment in 2019. I suspect if MAGA doesn't get riled up, it will happen in 2026 too. History repeats itself.

Satan is always present. You have to beat him back or suffer the consequences. We just can't sit back and pat ourselves on our backs when we win a battle. It is a 24/7 war. ✌

Yeah, Gov, Lt Gov and AG went blue in Va. 

The House of Delegates was also on the ballot.  It appears Dems have picked up several seats in the House of Delegates. It was Dems 51-48 with one vacant seat. It's now in the range of 10-12 seats flipped for the dems.

Spanberger has been rather elusive on gun rights, but what she has said indicates she is strongly in favor of gun control in general and assault weapons ban in particular.
