I found I can get them to play only if I right click, then click "Watch on YouTube."   Maybe it has something to do with MacOS but I've never had that happen before with embedded YT videos.

I never was much of a metal head. I can tolerate it but it's just not my bag. I'm sure I'll get flamed for this one but here's some of the lesser known underground stuff I've been into for a few years now:

The Thermals - A stare like yours

The Thermals - A pillar of salt lyrics

Stretch Armstrong - Means to an end, Dreams away, Postive Aspects of Negativity

themselves - "poison pit" (skip to 0:40 for the actual song)

Aesop Rock - Coffee

I'm not trying to start any shit or put down anyone's tastes.  I know ya'll would twinge at the stuff I listen to.   I'm just an older guy who would like to know, "How do you young guys manage to think or process information when that stuff is playing?"  It sends me reeling.

HAHAHA!!! definitely one of the top ten comments ever made on this site... I don't know man. I don't like any one particular genre over another, only individual artists and/or bands that I think are talented.

I'll listen to everything from Leadbelly, Hank and Hank III (fuck Hank Jr.), Johnny Cash, Woody Guthrie, to Bob Dylan, Elton John, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, right on into lots of punk rock that I won't bother naming because I doubt anyone here besides maybe ThatGuy would know what I'm talking about, to A Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, Charizma, (old hip-hop)...

anything and everything. I think it's all got a bit to offer, and also a bit left open for criticism. that being said, I don't think there's been anything on the radio worth listening to in over 15 years. and a very select few things on the radio worth listening to for 15 years before that. but there's plenty of lesser known artists that will rock your world. even today.

This one is dedicated to "Reaver's Rangers" and I propose it become their theme song.
